October 30, 2009 – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James W. Crystal announced a new management structure that establishes an Executive Committee to manage the firm’s day-to-day operations and guide long-term strategy. Mr. Crystal will head the Committee, which will include leaders from the firm’s key business areas: Jamie Crystal, Jonathan H.F. Crystal, Sandy Crystal, Edward Kiessling, John C. Smith and Rick Strater. The business leaders on the Executive Committee will report directly to Mr. Crystal.
